reflection cards
art-based interactive cards for mental wellbeing

Currently we offer four different sets that offer art-based prompts and reflective questions to help people process and engage with their experiences.
Some themes include voices above water for climate-wellbeing, the migrant voice for exploration of effects and impacts of migration labour, the vulnerable man for exploring men’s mental health and the starving artist cards for eating disorders and body image reflection.
