reflection cards

Voices Above Water is an innovative art-based reflection card set that addresses the topic of climate anxiety and eco-mental health. This project aims to support individuals as they navigate the complex relationship between climate change, mental wellbeing, and personal responsibility. The reflection cards incorporate creative arts prompts and reflective questions that encourage participants to engage with their experiences related to the environment, climate, and mental health.

Themes such as Indigenous perspectives, intergenerational issues, eco-trauma, and advocacy are also integrated into the prompts to create a holistic and comprehensive approach to climate change. These cards are designed to foster an understanding of how the environment, society, and mental wellbeing intersect, and how individuals can take action to contribute positively to the global climate movement.

The Voices Above Water reflection cards are ideal for those who are looking for innovative and creative ways to process their feelings about climate change, as well as individuals who want to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the interrelatedness of environmental and social issues. Our aim is to make these cards as accessible, inclusive and sustainable as  we can and so we print these cards on-demand but also have them available for digital download,

Through this project, we aim to empower individuals to take meaningful action on the issue of climate change, while also supporting them on their personal journeys towards eco-mental health and wellbeing.
